Start a poll
Run /when Sprint planning in any channel. Pick the dates, a daily window, and a slot length.

Everyone marks their time
Each person clicks Add my availability and checks off slots shown in their own time zone.

Watch the heatmap fill in
The channel message updates live with the best times and who has answered.

Lock it in
The organizer picks a final time. A thread reply announces it with an Add to Google Calendar link.

Time zones handled for you
Every time is shown in the viewer's local zone. A slot that lands on a different day for someone in Tokyo is grouped under their day.
Best times, ranked
The top three slots by headcount sit at the top of the message. Contiguous times where everyone is free are called out.
Edit your answer any time
Reopen the modal and your previous picks are already checked. Submit again and the heatmap re-renders.
Organizer controls
Pick a final time, close the poll, or delete it from an overflow menu that only the organizer can use.
